We can accommodate individual racks of equipment in our shared data halls, provide you with a secured cage for your equipment, or build out a private data hall of 1,500 to 10,000 square feet. Whether your IT infrastructure requires 50 kW or 2 MW, we have the capacity, resiliency, and services to meet your needs.

All of your equipment is protected by Direct LTx 24/7/365 security and technicians. To provide you with reliable uptime, we have three independent utility power feeds, each backed by a physically and electrically discrete UPS and 7.25 megawatts of diesel generator capacity. We employ diverse cooling systems, with dual chilled water feeds to each data hall supplemented with glycol and DX (air) cooling.

We have the resilient connectivity you need, with 12 telecom providers built in and access to private networks and dark fiber resources.  We have redundant physical fiber pathways entering our property from four different locations. We have two meet-me rooms, and many of the telecom carriers built in to our building take advantage of both to provide additional network redundancy.

We know that IT upgrades don’t happen during the 9-5 workday. You will have physical access to your equipment 24/7/365.  We have network technicians to act as your “smart hands” for troubleshooting and routine maintenance of your gear.
